On what platform will Ochre be built, and is it robust and secure?

We have integrated our technology including the latest software, hardware and storage solutions from industry giants Microsoft and IBM, to deliver a unique and robust employee lifecycle service. We have invested heavily in a state of the art infrastructure to ensure that your data is protected and disaster recovery measures are in place.

Our system is hosted in multiple UK datacentres which are monitored 24/7 by a dedicated national support centre based in the UK. The Tier 3 data centre facility that houses Ochre provides the highest level of physical and information security which meets international standards (ISO27001).   

Are there Disaster Recovery measures in place?

We are using IBM's service to offer enterprise-level protection designed to maximise the security of your data. Our infrastrucure will ensure that your HR information is continually backed up in a leading UK data centre which conforms to ISO27001.   

Who owns the data?

You do. If you decide to terminate your contract, we will release all data back to you in a controlled manner and without any future obligation.

How much IT support will my team need to provide if I outsource to Ochre?

We will be there throughout the lifetime of the contract and provide an IT helpdesk to support your users. We will develop a robust business continuity plan and provide free upgrades, meaning your IT team won't have to spend time installing latest versions or reconfiguring computers.

What is the cost of outsourcing?
