Our infrastructure will ensure that your HR information is continually backed up in a leading UK data centre which conforms to ISO27001– so the moment that files are saved, they’re completely protected.

State-of-the Art Data Centres and Back-Up Facilities

Our system which has been built on the IBM cloud platform and has been configured as a highly available service across two data centres. Customer data is stored on a highly-resilient IBM SAN (Storage Array Network) which is replicated across both sites for absolute protection against storage failures. 

Our technology has the ability to scale quickly in response to growth and a 99.99% availability SLA is provided.

Disaster Recovery Measures

Customer data is continually backed up and replicated across data centres which conform to the ISO27001 standard. The failsafe site will ensure a seamless transfer to the mirrored data centre in the unlikely event of a failure. We test our business continuity and disaster recovery plans every six months with disaster recovery exercises, and we carry out quarterly health checks. These include capacity, performance and security reviews as well as backup methodology and high availability configuration to ensure optimal performance.
