It will be your access point to our Payroll, HR and Expenses solutions and the platform by which we will communicate legislative updates and changes to the system. The online portal will also allow access to employee information, store policy documents and company handbooks, and provide the dashboard of actionable analytics.
It will make your managers and employees working day a lot easier as the portal acts as a communication hub between Ochre, managers and employees by providing:
- Management triggers – triggers will be sent to managers for events such as end of probationary periods or secondments, appraisals, annual salary reviews, certification renewals plus the system will automatically generate the paperwork that goes with these
- Requests and authorisation – employees can put in requests for holidays and submit expenses for their line manager’s approval
- View and update information – employees and managers can view policies, the company handbook and information and quickly and easily update their personal details
- Actionable analytics – managers are able to view data about their team from which can they can take positive action.
- Privacy - security measures and checks are built into the system, and access rights can be clearly defined with different levels provided
