We provide the following end to end employee lifecycle services:

  • New starters - our new starter process is fully comprehensive and includes collating references at offer stage, issuing employment contracts and induction packs, informing IT and other departments, and supplying the company handbook and policies
  • Lifecycle administration - we provide management triggers and a full correspondence service regarding benefits, probationary periods, secondments, appraisals, promotions, certification renewals and annual salary reviews
  • Records management - employees’ information will be kept up to date and available at all times within the database
  • Employee benefits service - we will liaise with the third parties supplying your pension scheme and healthcare benefits and provide continuous updates about these and any others scheme that are available
  • Leavers - similar to the new starter process, our fully comprehensive service includes informing IT and payroll when someone leaves, liaising with third parties, processing TUPE transfers and dealing with retirement processes. (Leaver interviews can be made available as an online questionnaire to ensure that you are getting the right information.)

 
Actionable Analytics
Our technology will automatically produce standard HR analytics on headcount, starters, leavers, attrition reasons, sickness, holidays, payroll and expenses costs.
