3. Reviews – forms and templates (how they are used and are they standard across the business), policies and procedures and if they are legally compliant

4. Analysis – of current HR and payroll costs, HR & payroll interface, employee experience

5. Risk analysis – ‘key man dependencies’, non-documented processes, manual interventions, disaster recovery, non-secure storage

6. Output report – guide to what improvements Ochre can make, the cost, process maps and organisational structures

7. Change management – support the business through the change process, develop communications plan, work with the business to redefine responsibilities of the retained roles
