Integrated Employee Life Cycle Services

We have streamlined HR processes and integrated them across all of our services, eliminating repetitive data entry tasks through the automation of labour intensive areas. 

To explain this in a bit more detail:

Case Management
The inbuilt case management tool in our system records, updates, tracks, follows up, and closes issues that are raised by line managers and employees. Cases can be a pre-defined list of actions required to complete a task - for example the end to end process of creating a new starter or simply logging questions and answers.

By recording case history, you can save time by using previous resolutions to overcome similar issues.  We will use case management to log all issues, questions and initiate employee tasks.

Workflow
The inbuilt workflow function within our system is fully configurable with a specific focus on task and approval. We can set limits and alerts within workflow and automatically re-route or delegate tasks to alternative approvers. Workflow is fully auditable and you will be able to see the history of each task.

Using e-sign off processes, tasks can automatically be re-routed to the correct managers, further supported by group or individual email notifications where applicable. Using workflow in conjunction with case management provides you with a fully automated and efficient end to end process with the confidence that information can be tracked, escalated or recalled at any time.

Automation
The fully integrated nature of our system allows information to be entered once and then automatically populated into others areas. Across each of our services we have automated functions to improve the productivity of our own back office team which provides you with a truly effective outsourcing solution. This automated approach will ensure we provide customers with real time information, legislative updates and triggers for action such as annual appraisals or pay reviews.
