Lucien Wynn

Managing Director

Lucien firmly believes in the power of analytical data to drive business performance and increase productivity. Data is a major asset for any business and his key focus in Ochre has been to link technology with analytics as this enables smarter decision making to optimise business performance. He is also the driving force behind how we link process and workflow to streamline productivity in our own back office and achieve operational competitiveness. He now leads our consultancy approach in the belief that outsourcing is essential to the future success of any business.

Sharon Knowles

Services Director 

Sharon has the know how to support businesses to achieve effective change by standardising HR process and workflow and using best practice to create a shared services function which will provide significant cost savings. Doubling up as Finance Director she understands that cost/value reconciliation is key to the successful outcome of any project and has experience in the alignment of systems, departments, process and structure to bring together support functions to create collaborative and effective shared services units. Sharon believes that shared services should be centres of excellence that enhance both the employee and customer experience.

Mark Boorman

HR Relationship Director

Mark has worked at the forefront of managing change within HR, having worked in the UK’s first company which focused solely on HR outsourcing. For the last 10 years he has amassed impressive and substantial experience in HR advisory and consultancy roles working with some of the largest names in British business. Prior to this he had gained essential hands-on experience in HR, payroll and shared service roles. He is our HR Relationship Director and best placed to offer sound advice and guidance. Lynn Goodwin

Senior HR Business Partner

Working in HR for nearly 20 years, Lynn has a proven background in major organisations. She has gained substantial experience dealing with all aspects of HR – contracts of employment, writing policies, appraisals, grievances, disciplinary procedures, pensions, redundancies and ‘outplacing’. Lynn has run HR training programmes around how to do appraisals, disciplinary and grievances. She has also advised and been involved in streamlining and restructuring programmes involving the centralisation of teams. She will bring all of this expertise when advising businesses on how to achieve cost savings by making HR more efficient.

Rob Austin

Systems Consultant

Our technical expert, Rob, has worked for many years at the forefront of Business Analysis, IT Integration, and data migration to new systems, ensuring efficiency, integrity and security. With a solid background in managing complex ERP systems, Rob knows how to get the best out of systems to generate analytical and insightful data, so our customers can use it to make better business decisions. When he's not leading the development of our systems, including our online portal and mobile solutions, Rob will be consistently reviewing our current software, incorporating changes to keep it efficient, best of breed, leading edge, secure and backed up.

Mandi Loveridge

Payroll Consultant

Mandi is our payroll expert and has substantial experience working with start ups to larger companies. With experience of running multiple and complex payrolls and a number of PAYE references all at the same time, there isn’t an element of payroll services that will surprise her. She’s worked with different pay frequencies; salaried, shift and casual payroll; in-house and outsourced payroll; and legacy systems. Committed to her profession, Mandi is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals and best placed to look at the payroll scenarios facing your business. She will provide advice on taxable benefits, pensions, HMRC compliance, and guidelines around expenses dispensations.

Marie Woodcock

Head of Communications

Marie is our marketing lead and responsible for the branding and promotion of our business in order to generate positive PR. She deals with our internal as well as our external communications ensuring everyone in the company is engaged to deliver the benefit of ‘big-business’ human resource management at a fraction of the cost you might expect. And that's whether you require only a small amount of support, just our software or our full employee lifecycle outsourced services. When there are good stories to tell about our work, Marie will work with you to jointly promote these and help cast a positive light on your business through our proactive marketing.

Jessica Knee

Shared Services Manager

Jessica uses her planning and organisational skills to bring together HR, IT and Finance, to manage our own operations as effectively as possible. She is our first line customer support, always on hand to deal with customer queries, manages all highly confidential correspondence and keeps customers informed. She also holds us all together - she knows where we are, what we’re all doing, so if you are ever unable to get hold of anyone just give Jessica a call.
