Reflections on the CIPD Conference 2011

New business realities, Fresh HR perspectives.

This year’s CIPD conference billed itself as an opportunity to gain the tools to tackle the new realities we’re all facing, and experience new ideas and solutions. 

We were promoting our approach to human resource management and HR outsourcing and found delegates were indeed facing new challenges. A group of HR professionals from the NHS – an organisation increasingly under pressure to find efficiencies – were in the midst of reviewing their HR processes. 

We also met a range of HR consultants looking for HRM systems and HR outsourcing solutions on behalf of their SME clients. We heard how the majority of their clients are experiencing current economic realities and searching for a more integrated and cost effective solution. 

Visitors to our stand were certainly looking for fresh HR perspectives.
