Ochre welcomes senior HR professional

We are pleased to welcome Mark Boorman as HR Relationship Director to Ochre Business Services. Mark is a senior HR professional with extensive experience having worked with leading organisations across a range of sectors. 

Mark has worked in, or with, some big industry names such as BP, Northern Rock plc, AXA UK, RBS Group, Citigroup and Standard Bank, and has clear strengths in; change management, outsourcing and HR Shared Services. His last position was as Interim Group HR Operations Manager at Vodafone.

Mark has a commercial and strategic partnering ability with a passion for diagnosis, design, and implementation of the best, value-add HR solutions, all of which is the basis of a great HR Relationship Director.
